Shipping and Returns

Yes, you can return your Stairwedge within the first 30 days.  For over 30 days, please reach out to us. 

You will need to cover shipping costs for the return since it is very heavy.

The most common return reason:  "Dog wouldn't use it."  Don't return the product too soon. We encourage you to be patient as they learn to work with this new innovative way of climbing stairs. Dogs use the easiest method to perform a task, even climbing stairs!   We can assure you, they will use it.

We DO NOT ship on the weekends.  Orders ship same day if placed before 3:00pm PST, or otherwise will go out next day. All orders are shipped via UPS.

While different factors could impact travel time of shipment, most orders usually arrive within 5-7 days.  You will get a tracking number to help monitor the location.

USA & international orders ship from our warehouse in Utah.

This is a heavy product and shipping services charge a lot for heavy products.  Each 1pack is 3.5lbs and a 5pack is 17lbs

Shipping charges will also be variable for international orders and outlying US territories/states.

International orders, depending on the country, will likely have some sort of import duty or tax due upon delivery and which is responsibility of the customer.

Yes, when your order ships you'll receive an email notification with your tracking number.
